Used City Centre Car Care to replace a broken door handle on our VW Golf. Having had no help whatsoever from our hopeless local VW dealer who charged 75 pounds just to look at it and then couldn't give us a quote without 'further diagnosis' we tried this place instead. I could not see where the repairs had been done as my car looked like new. They even cleaned both

Following an incident where my Audi RSQ3 was hit whilst parked and unoccupied (get yourself a dashcam, saved me !), the designated Audi approved body repairer for my insurer, NFU, was City Centre Car Care Ltd. Initial contact was with 'Tom' who was clearly a car enthusiast and recognised another in myself, car was collected, assessed, insurance repair was authorised and work started promptly. 'Lisa' kept me updated of progress both by phone and via the NFU Repair Hub web site, and half way through the process I asked to see the repair-in-progress which was facilitated by Tom, it was clear
