I'm really stuck for words thinking on the best way to describe the overall experience.
Incredible! However, that wouldn't cut the mustard.
Rob at Homes independent took me on as a client with very little notice when I was let down repeatedly by another mortgage provider. He had no need to take our call after working hours and he went above and beyond that. Back and forth with emails keeping things extremely simple for us and keeping us in the loop with every update possible.
Rob went into great detail explaining every option and left no stone unturned ensuring we got the most competitive mortgage
