They charge huge property management fees, yet do very little to actually manage their properties. Left windows broken for 5+ years and when I brought it up they stated that the caretaker would have told them about any broken windows and they weren't aware of it.
Communal areas in their apartment buildings are filthy. Door handles falling off, broken windows, old & broken furniture scattered around. Floors, windows & stairs are rarely cleaned. Extremely difficult to get in touch with - I sent several emails over the course of 3 months without getting a reply. I also called, but I wanted email
