I want to express my thanks to Michael Rushe , I know this space is meant for reviews, but I want to express my deep gratitude as his neighbour. I was widowed a few years back and Michael has been so kind and generous in so many ways. Right now, as I write this, he is raking stones that he has bought and payed for onto my driveway. I wanted in… some small way to acknowledge that he is not only a good and decent business man but a generous, genuine and all round decent man in his neighbourhood too. Outstanding and live up to pledge 'every client is our only client'. Zach helped us move during the first Covid lockdown and was there for us 24-7. A real joy to deal with true professionals who are as good as their word. Again, surprised but delighted at the sheer effort they put in to ensure our move was completed successfully despite the restrictions and difficulties of the time. I used Independent for a sale in the last few months. They had sold another apt in my building very quickly so I went to them as a first choice. I didnt look past them after our first meeting. Both Zach and Michael where excellent, open and honest with me about what I could expect in terms of market value and on how they would go about getting me that. Due to his knowledge of the market and prospective purchasers in the area, Zach was able to get my property agreed, at asking, to a perfect purchaser within days of being listed.
