Going to give this 5 stars. Why? Great service, comfortable rooms and the facilities were truly a joy to use. The receptionist was very friendly, courteous and forthcoming with how to make full use of the hotels facilities. The room was clean and a full complement of refreshments including two bottles of water which not all hotels provide. My only comment regarding the room which could be acted upon was the placement of the TV. It was at least 2 metres to the right of the bed. The TV bracket was static meaning you had to crane your neck to watch it and the quality of the TV meant the viewing

Very nice. Very quiet. A bit difficult to get to via Belfast. Next time I'd go into Derry and follow Antrim Rd A2. I had a lovely French Toast for breakfast. Nice but I would have preferred it with a hint of cinnamon. :-)

Had a wonderful time at the hotel last month. Hotel staff so welcoming. Great deal 4 B&B, 4 course evening meal and afternoon tea with prosecco... Hot tubs and pool area great. Oh and a mini treatment with Stacey. Fantastic break with my friends. Definitely be back

Thoroughly enjoyed an array of delicious dishes, attractively served. The service was efficient and discreet. The surroundings pleasant but would have loved someone playing the beautiful old grand piano. Thank you!
