This is one of the best guest houses we have stayed in York. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The room was so fresh and clean. Easy to park and so close to the centre of York. The Breakfast was so delicious with plenty of choice. We are definately going to book again here for next year.

Perfectly situated for the centre (less than 10mins walk). Had second floor room - v cosy, and as a welcome some freshly baked banana bread - 5*!!! Excellent made to order cooked breakfast. Friendly staff. All in all, highly recommended!!!!

This is a really nice guest house, soo clean and tidy. Breakfast well this is a first for me so tasty and could not finish it. Staff are brilliant and so helpful The attention to detail really impressed me . Rooms had to move on the last day, not sure why but both rooms have been to The highest standard. My opinion if I could , this guest house would have a 5 + star rating .
