Since 1971, Seaford Osteopathic Clinic has been providing professional care to many patrons in Seaford and the surrounding areas. In 2014 we moved to bigger premises to expand our services. We look forward to caring for new and existing patients in our fantastic premises. Before treatment a detailed case history notes all factors that could be important in reaching a diagnosis.
An examination is then carried out to evaluate which part of the body is involved. We offer a friendly reception area for all patients - our services extending beyond Osteopathy to include Podiatry / Chiropody, Acupuncture, Pilates, Sports Massage and Lymphoedema Specialist Services.

About Osteopathy
Report
Osteopathy promotes well being by treating the following structures when they are not working properly: joints, muscles, ligaments, tendons and nerves. Treatment may consist of gentle manipulations, articulation and traction - to relieve pain and improve tissue health. Osteopathy can be used on patients of all ages - from birth to beyond retirement.

Testimonials
Report
Paul is very professional, greets with a warm welcome, easy to talk and always listens. Treats accordingly, offers good advice and demonstrates any exercises that he thinks will help. As an international standard athlete at masters level, I have found Paul Kent's treatment invaluable in overcoming a back complaint at the beginning of the season.
Osteopathy
Report
Stretch the soft-tissues, muscles, ligaments, tendons by moving the joint rhythmically, therefore increasing flexibility, and feeding this back to the central nervous system, to bring about a greater range of flexibility. A specialised form of osteopathy. A set of very gentle manual techniques which are generally applied to the whole of the cranium (head) and the sacrum (base of the spine).
