Started well, girls on the phone were nice and helpful. Vans usually good. Unfortunately let down by 1 male staff member on the phone. Seemed disinterested in the call and not willing to help, clearly in a grump. Barely knew the basics of being polite and customer service. Will never use again.

First choice for van rentals in and around Watford. Helpful on the phone, friendly in the branch - they'll do what they can to help you out. Vans are always in good condition, clean and never had a reliability issue either. Excellent value for money, probably some of the best rates in the area

Thanks guys. Great service and a clean and well serviced van. We got upgraded to the next model up without any fuss. They even supplied straps since the larger model was a bit too big for our needs. Highly recommended.

Another vote for Laser. Borrowed a 7.5 ton van over a weekend then a lwb for a week to move a heap of stuff north. Unlike other local companies, the staff were friendly and efficient and there were no mileage charges. The vans themselves were great. Highly recommended.
