Yummy Yoga Classes are specially designed yoga classes for mums-to-be and new mums and their babies. Practice of Yoga in Pregnancy brings about better physical health, calmer mind, deeper body & mind awareness, Joy and Relaxation. Ananti Shah, is a mother of two and passionate about yoga.

Following 25 years of practice, study and personal experience she creates a sacred space in her classes to allow women to connect with their body, baby and inner world creating balance and harmony as they journey into motherhood.My deepest passion is in sharing my knowledge of yoga, pregnancy, birth and mothering.

Ananti Shah has been practicing yoga for 25 years, after completing an intensive and experiential training at the Swami Vivekanada Yoga Research Foundation (S-Vyasa) in India in1995. She specialises in yoga for pregnancy and the post-natal year. Through her own experiences of motherhood, she fully understood the benefits of yoga for pregnancy, the birthing process and mothering.

Yummy Yoga love babies and yoga so our Mum & Baby Yoga classes are a joy! These classes are very popular and fill up quickly so do book early to avoid disappointment. Our Mum and baby classes are a great way to tone up whilst spending precious time bonding with your new baby. You'll also get to meet new Mums in a supportive and friendly atmosphere.

Freedom Yoga: A journey within - Awaken and unfold the inner awareness. We will offer an experiential space to feel the depths of our true nature through the rhythmic flow of yoga posture, simple breath techniques (pranayama), sounding and relaxation. Our Teachers are trained yoga teachers with over 20 years of personal & teaching experience.
