I first met Peter Berry and some of his colleagues of Awdry Bailey & Douglas through local networking via Sterling in Swindon and found him very easy to chat with.

If you want to run up large legal bills on incompetent solicitors, this is the firm for you. I have witnessed the full process of a divorce case managed by this firm and been party to phone calls with their staff. In summary - hopeless and a waste of money. Some particular highlights: 1 - drafting of numerous letter for several months that… achieved nothing but run up several thousands of pounds 2 - emails ignored, phone calls unanswered and appointments missed 3 - important financial information provided by the other side sat on by the solicitor and not revised for months 4 - Confidential
