Jenny did a good job assisting in two visa applications (one in-country and one out-of-country), both successful. She was proactive during the beginning of the pandemic when visa processing and international travel was halted, and suggested a different plan which eventually helped me reunite with my partner during a time of great uncertainty.
Jenny was always quick to respond to my emails and professional throughout. Pricing was clear and reasonable.
