Services
Osteopathy
Osteopathy at Feel Better Osteopathy uses hands-on techniques to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal disorders. Our approach addresses pain in joints, muscles, and ligaments while improving circulation and nervous system function. Patients receive individualised treatment plans combining soft tissue manipulation, joint mobilisation, and postural advice to restore mobility and reduce discomfort.
Pregnancy Care
Specialised osteopathic care for expectant mothers alleviates pregnancy-related pain and improves mobility. Gentle techniques target pelvic girdle pain, back strain, and postural changes caused by hormonal shifts. Treatment includes tailored exercises to manage symptoms and prepare the body for childbirth, with documented success in reducing discomfort during all stages of pregnancy.
Sports Injury Treatment
Targeted osteopathic interventions accelerate recovery from sports injuries by restoring joint function and muscle balance. We address common issues like rotator cuff strains, knee problems, and back pain through soft tissue therapy and movement rehabilitation. Patients receive sport-specific exercise programs to prevent recurrence and enhance performance while maintaining injury-free activity levels.
Cranial Osteopathy
Cranial osteopathy employs subtle manipulations to release tension in the skull and spine, benefiting patients with headaches, migraines, and stress-related conditions. This gentle approach suits individuals seeking non-invasive solutions for chronic pain or postural imbalances, promoting whole-body relaxation and improved nervous system function through precise, rhythmic techniques.
Postural Advice
Personalised postural assessments identify movement patterns contributing to pain or dysfunction. We provide practical advice on workspace ergonomics, exercise routines, and daily habits to maintain spinal alignment and prevent recurring issues. This service complements hands-on treatments by empowering patients to sustain improvements through conscious body mechanics and lifestyle adjustments.

I saw Emma regularly for a few months to help me deal with my MS diagnosis. I thought she was incredibly caring and professional throughout the time I was her patient. She payed attention to detail and I could tell that she really listened when I described often confusing symptoms. Some of these symptoms I would say Emma greatly improved with her treatments. She also adapted to my needs as they changed. I couldn't recommend Emma highly enough!

Emma has the ability to listen and really understand a persons perspective. She has helped me immensely not just from a physical aspect but also the mental side of things. Her outlook is very positive and her treatment is all about incremental steps, which lead to an overall goal. I highly recommend Emma, a friendly professional who is good at what she does.

Best and most effective osteopath I've ever seen. Emma is highly knowledgeable, ethical, straightforward and treated a problem in a few sessions when the NHS options were surgery or steroids. I can't rate her highly enough.

I have never done anything like this before, but Emma was recommended to me by someone who had had a painful shoulder that totally recovered after a couple of treatments. I went to her because my neck had seized up and I was finding it difficult to sleep, to drive and to move my head round at all without intense pain. I have now completed my third… treatment and, although I'm not pain free (more to do with age than anything else, I think!) I am fully functioning and feel so much more relaxed and able to cope with my neck problems. In addition to the treatments, Emma has given me a list of
