I got a last minute appointment that saved my Christmas from going down hill. I found the staff very helpful and my Dentist very considerate and understanding . Ive had dental treatment for over 50 years and have never had a dentist ask my opinion on anything. I was shocked and presently surprised , I will be definitely recommending this practice to friends and family. 10 out of 10 my dentist Hanan was very professional and comforting. Well, what can I say. Stratford House Dental Practice is possibly the best dental surgery I've ever used. I called 20 other dentists for an emergency appointment and none could fit me in, Stratford House reception team were the only team that said they'd phone me back if they had any cancellations, and low and behold they did! They fitted me in, which was greatly appreciated as I was in a lot of pain, gave me antibiotics, and scheduled me for treatment the following week. Having had the treatment today, all I can say is that the Dentist, Dr. Hanan Mushtaq Muhammad, was absolutely fantastic; a real

I was so impressed by the care provided by the Dentistry team in what was a emergency procedure. The Dentist who treated me went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed prior, during and after my treatment. Also the Senior Dentist was as helpful and on hand, so what was a stressful situation, certainly made a great deal easier by the team

Friendly, good dental treatment, but always running late and so many cancelled appointments (usually at short notice). Led me to let things drift for a few years, so I'm no longer registered as a patient: my own fault, but some sort of notification would have been nice. To be honest, it's probably done me a favour.

I was met by Dr Shah she was very plesent a helpful the whole time. I hate the dentist normally but both the dentist and nurse (Tika) really helped me feel at ease. The whole interaction was very easy and safe even durin covid. Would highly recommend to anyone.
