I am the founder of Rubys of London and I'm a certified vegan baker also specialising in products additionally free from wheat, gluten and refined sugars. My love for baking began at a very early age with many of my childhood memories made in the kitchen. I often remember baking many a mud pie, to my mother's delight.

All products produced at Ruby's are vegan certified and therefore do not contain any animal derived ingredients including eggs, milk, dairy, lactose, honey, gelatine or any other animal products. Please note that this classification does not consider potential third party cross contamination. Some of our products do not contain any nut derived ingredients.
