What documents do I need to hire a van?
You'll need a valid UK/EU photocard licence, proof of address (like a utility bill), and payment. Non-UK licence holders require a passport or national ID card.
Can I add an additional driver?
Yes, extra drivers can be added for free. They must meet age requirements and provide valid documents including a driving licence and proof of address.
What insurance is included?
Basic insurance covers third-party liability with a £500 excess. Optional collision damage waiver reduces this to £250. Under-25s pay an additional excess.

I hired a van with reward van hire, all I can say is what amazing staff they have there! I have rented vans from various place but never had the brilliant service I had with these guys. So smooth from renting to dropping off the van. Will most definitely be using this company agian in the near future! My now go to van hire! Absolutely wonderful experience. Way cheaper and easier to hire then the greedy gits at Enterprise. Reward Van Hire charged me around 400 for a weekend hire and Enterprise tried to charge me 1700 for the exact same vehicle and dates. I know where I will be going from now on. First class service. Thank you very much.

Wanted to thank Reward Hire for their friendly professionalism. Hadnt hired a van for many a year and was a bit nervous. Guys were lovely, showed me the ropes without any condescension and even let me park my scooter safely in their yard while I had the van. Oh and price was very competitive. Hope I dont have to hire another van anytime soon but if I did wouldnt go anywhere else.
