Mountain Biking Trails
Four dedicated on-site mountain bike trails cater to various skill levels. Direct access from cottages allows convenient exploration of forest paths. Wildlife Puzzle Trail

What types of cottages do you offer?
We provide nine traditional Welsh cottages sleeping 2-9 guests, combining original features like stone walls with modern comforts. All include wood-burning stoves and access to shared woodland facilities.
Are pets allowed in the cottages?
Two of our cottages accept pets by prior arrangement. We require advance notice to ensure proper preparation and maintain our woodland environment's balance.
What outdoor activities are available?
Guests enjoy mountain biking, walking trails, bird watching, and our wildlife puzzle trail. The 400-acre woodland offers opportunities for den building, stream exploration, and stargazing experiences.

A 3 night stay for myself and partner.stayed in kestrel cottage stunning cottage with great views of the forest and stream that runs nearby .hot tub was excellent took 3 and half hours to heat up 1st night then about 2 hours next night.if your looking for a tranquil break with great scenery this is the 1.. no phone signal or WiFi but good to get away from technology for a while.

We've just had the most amazing holiday staying at Nant Garreg Cottage. It's a little haven of tranquility. We have had so many adventures and made many memories of our holiday in Wales and it's been heaven returning to our cottage in the forest each evening. The forest itself is lovely and we've enjoyed walking the trails with our dogs. The cottage is well equipped and the hot tub and wood burner made our evenings extremely relaxing. We will definitely be back. It's been the best holiday and we are all sad to be leaving for home (the dogs included)! Thank you Mary and Hari for creating such a

Fabulous cottages with hot tubs in beautiful woodland in Mid Wales. My home from home and a great base for exploring the Cambrians or the Brecon Beacons or even staying closer to home by exploring the forest trails and visiting the stunning Abergwesyn Common or tackling Drygarn Fawr.
