I rang McBain last week and booked an appointment to have my Bosch dishwasher repaired. I told them at the time of booking it was a Bosch. I got a phone call the day before my appointment to say they weren't able to keep it as 'they are not authorised service agents for Bosch appliances'. Why bother giving me an appointment? I could have contacted another repairer if I'd known they couldn't help.

Having experienced a couple of bad experiences with other so called "appliance engineers ". I was very pleasantly surprised to find that McBains were here when their appointment was booked for, the engineer detected and sorted the problem with the utmost professionalism!
