An absolute disgrace. Managed to destroy an expensive mower at first service that Id bought from them brand new only six months earlier. Hayter need to stop supplying this shop. And dont fall for the wrong fuel lies either.

I took my Lawnmower - Hayter, Harrier 41 - and asked for a full service. They took the mower and said they would contact us within a week. All fine collected the lawn mower and was told the carburettor had been replaced and paid approx 88 for the service
2 attempts later of trying to cut the lawn it was not processing the grass but just spitting it out. Struggled to start. When contacted to ask why it still doesnt work we were told you asked us to get the lawn mower going so they didnt actually fully repair the lawnmower & they actually didnt adhere to what we asked?
