I have been nothing by thrilled with the CGT team since I started working with them a couple of months ago! Sam Trueman and Georgina Eller were brilliant at finding tenants for my flat. Sam explained all the services that CGT could offer, and when I said I would use them he came round the next day to photograph the flat and go through the paperwork painlessly. Georgina then called to discuss viewings and within less than a week had found several high quality applicants who wanted to rent the place. The whole process was very quick and totally stress free.
