My dad sold his bungalow with Ullyotts, all viewings were handled well during the pandemic. Definitely good value for money we thought. Initially he moved in with us, as bungalows in town were quite a rarity (ones that ticked all his boxes at least). Then Martin found him the perfect one that had just come onto the market. Could not thank him enough. Lovely bungalow in a lovely area. All staff were helpful whenever we needed to contact the office. Especially like the fact that its a set fee - less likely to get into a bidding war.
