We had a fabulous holiday here. Lovely accomodation and the owner is great. Beautiful location and great local places including Hereford and Leominster. Pembridge local shop amazing!

Cosy, well kept barn-convert. Perfectly orchestrated environment in which to unwind, relax and appreciate the under-appreciated British countryside. Sandras hospitality was flawless, like the experience here. Within driving distance to Hay-on-Wye, Hereford city and many other small villages. Wonderful weekend here.

Fantastic large property that was perfect for 4 families sharing. Very spacious, enormous sitting room, dining room and enough garden tables for all 15 of us to eat together. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook at home and a big BBQ. The garden is great for kids to play and explore. Would really recommend this place.

Spent a long weekend here over Christmas with friends and would definitely recommend. There is lots of floor space in this building which has 2 bedrooms on top floor (four singles) and 5 bedrooms on the second. Very large kitchen with good range of cooking gear. Showers worked well. Beds were comfortable. Close to Leominster (apps 10 min drive). A couple of loops for walking near cottage.
