Suzanne an Colin fantastic hosts from walking in the door they made us feel very welcome. We were taken to our room which was plenty big enough for our stay, with a good size ensuite bathroom.the selection of drinks were brilliant something we dont find often hot chocolate, we asked for a recommendation for somewhere to grad an evening meal and they told us the pub just 5 mins walk from them guesthouse and wow the staff here were just as nice and the food was outstanding.. our bed just like being at home with plenty of pillows (real big soft ones) well we slept like babies.. now came breakfast

Great find!! On main round into city, nice cosy room, equipped with everything you need, good shower. Lovely helpful friendly hosts who provide a superb breakfast. Even Gluten free. My only gripe was that check in was 5pm...most places are 2or3pm onwards.

Despite booking this hotel by accident for a friend's wedding and being nowhere near where I was supposed to be going this place turned out to be better than expected. Rooms are a nice size and the facilities that you get are far better than that in most B&B's I've stayed in, good value for money and with a pub being literally 2 mins walk away and a retail park with everything on it around 5 mins away too you are literally smack bang in the middle of everything. Would definitely recommend staying here, very friendly staff too and always willing to help you with queries. 10/10 from me
