How do I book an inflatable hire?
Book online via our website or call 07758 856 506. We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance, though last-minute arrangements may be possible.
What safety measures do you follow?
All equipment complies with BN EN 14960 standards, undergoes PAT testing, and is insured with £5 million public liability coverage. Staff receive safety training for setup and operation.
Can I hire equipment during winter?
Outdoor hires are unavailable between 1 October and 1 April. Indoor bookings for ball pits and soft play remain available year-round.
What happens if it rains on my event day?
Our flexible cancellation policy allows rescheduling without charge if weather conditions affect outdoor setups. We'll work with you to find alternative solutions.
How long does setup take?
Most inflatables require 30-45 minutes for professional setup. Staff arrive 1 hour before hire start time to ensure timely completion.

We will definitely recommend Bounce Again. They arrived on time and set up with no problem. They also were patient to pack up and not rushing us in any way. Above all they were very friendly and everyone loved the soft play at my son's party. Will definitely be booking them again for our next chidren's party. Thank you!

We hired Bounce Again for my daughters 5th birthday party. I cannot speak highly enough of this company. They were extremely friendly, helpful and very professional. Excellent interaction with the children and very patient with forty excited 5 year olds. The sweet cart went down a treat and my daughter loved seeing her name on the illuminated sign. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and will no doubt use them again.
