Report
I am very disappointed in this company and shall never use or recommend them! I called 3 times today requesting a call back regarding a booking for Friday, because the forecast predicts rain and I have a large party booked. I was told each time I would receive a call soon and I never did, even though a made it clear it was an emergency and I would need to book with another company if this one could not help.
Pathetic and dishonest customer service! Really unimpressed!
