After almost 13 years of great success I would like to say a massive THANK YOU to all my customers who supported me over all those years, especially the past tricky 12 months. I will miss all of you very much. I will however carry on baking and creating Birthday & Celebration cakes, tray bakes, gateaux, cakes etc. from a new location in Moreton. Collection or delivery possible.

Silke Bruening was born in Bremen, Germany and her passion for baking began at an early age helping her Mum bake at home. Silke began as an apprentice in Bremen and swiftly moved on to work in hotels based in Berlin and Munich. With a desire to learn English Silke moved to London in 1988, working in top hotels such as the Dorchester, St Martins Lane and Sanderson Hotel.
