We use free-range eggs from Beechwood Eggs, a local free range chicken farm, in our village. Every cake is freshly baked to order. We have many flavours to choose from, using only fresh fruit, not canned. Such as strawberries, raspberries, zesty lemon, sweet carrots in our carrot cakes or rich Belgium chocolate to name but a few.
