Our Granary Barn offers a licensed venue for civil ceremonies and wedding receptions. With capacity for 200 seated guests and 250 evening attendees, we provide exclusive use of barns and grounds. Our dedicated coordinator assists with planning, while scenic backdrops and rustic charm create memorable celebrations. Packages include tableware, licensed bar, and flexible decoration options.

Holiday Cottages

Luxury self-catering cottages sleep 4-5 guests with modern amenities and countryside views. Options include family-friendly layouts, accessible accommodations, and romantic retreats. All properties feature kitchens, private gardens, and pet-friendly policies. Five unique cottages offer varying configurations including ground-floor facilities and French-themed decor.

Static Holiday Boats

Moored boats on our private lake provide unique accommodation for 2-4 guests. Each vessel features kitchen facilities, sleeping quarters, and toilet amenities. The Snowgoose and Kingfisher models offer different layouts with nearby shower facilities. Ideal for anglers and nature enthusiasts seeking tranquil waterside stays with modern comforts.

Caravan Site

Certified 10-acre site with electric hook-ups and essential facilities for caravans and tents. Limited pitches ensure privacy, with scenic views and pet-friendly policies. Yes, we only offer exclusive use for your party with no other events taking place simultaneously.

Is disabled access available?

Was lucky to been invited to a nephews wedding over the weekend what a great couple of days. Everything was just perfect from the barn wedding to the farm setting this has got to be the way forward in functions .as for the hosts what a great job they have done credit to all thank to my family great great time ..x

Excellent. 3 nights on the campsite with all we needed, wonderful walks for Sam the border and us on the site and off site. Very close to the Transpennine Trail. Liz and Dave are helpful and interested without being pushy. For us, this is how it should be done. Thank you.

Wow, what a place. What a welcome as you come down the drive from some.adorable donkeys.
Has a little beach, pond and an excellent sized caravan site. Lovely granary barn, mini bar and service. First class.

Lovely break. So peacefull. The cottage was brilliant. This is the first holiday we have had in a cottage and it had everything we needed. We would definatley go back.
