Kim is utterly amazing! I had a bit of a meltdown about the fit of my dress only a couple of days before the wedding and she opened late to do anything she could to help me feel special on my wedding day. The choice of dresses are amazing, I wish I could have chosen 5! I would definitely recommend Kim and Elizabeth Kate, shes a genius when it comes to fittings and little changes, I told her what I would like and she made it happen! Thank you so much Kim! For making me feel wonderful on my wedding day! X

I have never had service as exceptional as Kims. From the minute I walked into the stunning boutique all the way to the end and even during Covid, everything was outstanding. The cleanliness of the shop was second to none and during such a tough time for brides to be, Kim really made it an experience I won't ever forget. The attention to detail at the beginning of the appointment, actually taking the time to get to know me as a person and not just another customer, was a beautiful touch. WOULD 100% RECOMMEND! They very kindly fit us in last minute late on on Saturday, meaning I could look at 2 wedding boutiques in one day. Kim who looked after us was very warm and welcoming with a personal touch, but still very professional. She listened to exactly what kind of style I love and picked out the perfect style dress for what I was looking for, and is also making it bespoke for me with a slight tweak on the design, so nobody else will have the exact same dress as me! I can't wait to return for my final fitting, I didn't want to take the dress off! Thank you Kim for making the evening
