My name is Mary Scott and I established Quite Contrary Cakes in 2010 following the birth of my beautiful daughter, who gave me the courage and confidence to follow my passion for cake decorating. After creating my daughters christening cake in York I decided that the time had come to fulfil my dream and make cakes.
