Had a Luton van with tail lift for the weekend, to move furniture - van was spotless inside, and my husband said it drove very well. Friendly welcome when picking up and very easy to drop back late evening on the Sunday, which suited us. Would certainly hire from them again

Vans are knackered and broken. My hand break never worked. Damage is over charge for and never proven. Emails querying this never answered. Absolute shafting. AVOID
Edited following response: handbrake didn't work causing the van to roll and break wing mirror. I have video evidence. Company never responded to emails on this issue and just deducted 200 from my credit card. No proof of repair. No invoice for the cost.
