Having recently moved to the area, I'm finding my dealings with this practice less than adequate, most of the staff I've dealt with over my medication have been unfriendly and uninterested, I'm considering finding another practice

Rude to the point of insolence, I have never come across such confrontational and obstructive behaviour ever before from a so called medical practice . It is truly the worst experience ever, I cannot wait to move to another surgery even if it is miles away , as this practice seems to actively discourage patients ..truly horrible

Lovely receptionists, doctors are great with the exception of one male doctor who i felt was very condescending, abrupt and left me feeling worse than before i saw him.

Absolutely dreadful. Failed to order heart medication despite receiving a letter directly from the cardiologist. Requested medical records for another issue but when I sent them straight to my solicitor it turned out they were password protected but then the surgery claimed that I must have put the password on them!!
