Meat and game from local farms, fish landed daily on the south coast and fresh leaves picked just a few steps away in the Kitchen Garden. The bedrooms here at the Lord Poulett are set within the pub have pared back, comforting interiors inspired by the British countryside, Siberian goose down duvets with crisp cotton sheets, baths with our own natural products and views of our chocolate box village, pub gardens and landscape beyond. Small double bedrooms at the pub feature all the lovely extras you'd expect just with a little less room.
Hinton St George is a beautiful, ancient village with many fabulous walks into the countryside. Slightly further afield we are surrounded by numerous attractions and activities. Explore the Jurassic Coast, a thirty-five minute drive away from the pub and discover its ancient fossils and outstanding beauty.
