I have had very mixed experiences with this company unfortunately, mainly stemming from management! The supervisor who visited my parents in my presence was amiable, yet forceful about what mum needed to be done and how often. As my mum has mixed Dementia, it is difficult to deal with people she doesn't know and I have since discovered she didn't say much in case she got a row. I was to check after the initial cleaning session that I as mum's Attorney was satisfied before a Standing Order was set up through my parents bank account, thereby setting in place a contract in Scots Law. I needed some support with my holiday let this year, as bookings picked up and my usual cleaners had less availability. Domestic Matters have been life savers brilliantly professional and reliable from the start. They always seem to find someone on their team who can take on my last minute turnarounds, and the quality of the job is always top notch! You get a personal touch but with the efficiency of a much larger organisation. Communication is excellent and pricing very fair. Would thoroughly recommend.
