Services
Commercial Window Cleaning
Specialising in large-scale commercial projects, we provide window cleaning for hotels, offices, schools, and shopping centres across Scotland. Our IPAF-trained team utilises cherry pickers and high-reach poles up to 85ft, minimising disruption during off-peak hours. Clients benefit from method statements, risk assessments, and 5 million liability insurance as standard.
Gutter Clearing
Our gutter vacuum system clears debris safely from the ground up to 50ft, protecting property and lawns. For complex cases, we deploy IPAF-certified operators with cherry pickers and specialist hoses. CCTV surveys before and after work ensure complete clearance, with optional maintenance plans to prevent future blockages.
Roof Cleaning
We use manual scraping or low-pressure steam cleaning to remove moss and algae, followed by HSE-compliant biocide treatments. Our cherry picker access ensures safe cleaning up to 33m height. Biocide maintenance plans prevent regrowth, extending roof lifespan while complying with City & Guilds standards.
Cherry Picker Hire
Available nationwide, our 33m Ruthmann and 20m Hinowa cherry pickers come with IPAF-trained operators. We handle permit applications, traffic management, and risk assessments. Ideal for window cleaning, ivy removal, and emergency access in urban or rural settings across Scotland.
Soft Washing
Our HSE-approved soft washing technique safely cleans walls and surfaces using biocides. Certified by City & Guilds, this low-pressure method kills biofilms and prevents regrowth. Includes free site surveys, 100% work guarantee, and insurance coverage for residential and commercial properties.

What great customer service!! The cleaners were very professional. They tackled the job, as I would expect anyone with any sense to, with a great deal of caution. I refer to the fact that the windows inside have to be cleaned by climbing a ladder several metres. They looked after each other and appeared to have a good health and safety awareness, they also made every effort to do the job well. The windows were gleaming and I was smiling for days to be rid of the smears! We were very happy, thankyou,

I had my windows cleaned for the first time approximately 4 days ago. Normally with the amount of rain we had with my previous window cleaners, there would be streaks down the window- they are all as clear as if it was the first day. My window surrounds and doors were all cleaned too - I have the cleanest house in my area. Im sorry but I cant remember the guys name, but he was very professional and answered all my questions in a polite manner. They do direct debit which is such a time saver for me. Excellent job, Im so happy. Going to get them to do my guttering and power hosing next year
