Had an emergency appointment today for a tooth extraction, cannot say enough how professional and courteous everyone was at the practice. Everything was explained before, during and after the procedure and I went away as happy as anyone could be after visiting the dentist

Went today as an emergency. I had been in severe pain all through the night and day . My appointment was 7.20pm. I went in I was crying and very upset due to pain... First of all the receptionist was lovely very helpful . Then went into dentist . He was amazing and the assistant . My first ever tooth out . Didn't feel a thing. My pain is gone . I can't thank them enough for how nice they were. Thank you

I went there on Monday evening for an emergency appointment. I only got an x-ray for my 24 and nothing more. I was told that I need to find other specialist or wait in the pain until my tooth dies. The dentist was impatient and got irritated when I asked questions. She did not even checked my tooth inside to see what is happening there.
Dissapointing expierience. Go there only if you want an emergency extraction and not expect anything else.

I had to go for emergency dentistry and was really nervous but I was set at ease as soon has I walked through the door, the receptionist was lovely and so was the dentist and assist ant who looked after me all the way through my appointment. Thanks
