New patient. Booked an appointment and rang up the day before the appointment to confirm- turns out staff member had not booked me in (had all my details on the system). Rebooked appointment for few weeks later. 4 days before 2nd appointment I received a call to cancel my appointment, explanation was dentist not working. Staff offered an appointment a day earlier than my booked appointment. I work full time during the week and had booked this 1 day off. Not happy with the service or system. 2 stars as offered alternative appointment but this did not help in my circumstance, I have not booked a

And it's 5 * from me. So efficient, so professional, so up-to-date, so why go elsewhere? Everything you want a dental service to be. I've been coming 5 years now , without complaint. Good magazines, but never time to read them!
