Avoid. Received my towels back with dirty stains, looks like my face towels are coming straight off a very dirty floor. The company says that those are old marks which did not wash. My bedsheets have also mould dots. You can judge yourself...
30/01 update: the owner called me 5 times on Saturday harassing me. Then messaged me telling me Im not his customer despite the fact he washed my items. Avoid getting involved with this outfit.

Not happy with the service at all! Took them 8days to shorten hem of my trousers that I desperately needed for Friday. I called before dropping them off and was ensured that they will be done in time. I visit them 3 times 3 different days to find out that the trousers are not ready! I wasnt even informed on the phone to save me the trip. I was promised theyll be delivered at 10pm on Thursday which turned out they had a wrong address but never bothered to call and inform me! After all they admitted the trousers been damaged! I dont understand why you lied to your customer so many times

We have used Als services for over 5 years now and I really couldnt recommend him highly enough. He works extremely hard and at all hours to ensure we have our clothes back when we need them.
