I took my brand new jacket here to have a pocket sewn in to the lining. When I got the jacket back, the inner lining stiches had come loose, leaving a gaping hole! The new pocket that they had sewn in had completely come undone and was hanging on by a few loose threads. The stitching was truly awful, it was like someone had played a prank on me, it was comically bad. I didn't even get to wear it before having to take it back for fixing. The guy agreed to fix it but was very grumpy about it. Without even an apology. When I got my jacket back for the 2nd time, it was better but still not right

I took two suits and they had to clean them twice because the stains didnt come off. Apparently I didnt tell them there were coffee stains Arent they supposed to dry clean the suits, whether I tell them there are specific stains on them or not????

Friendly staff who were very accomodating. Dry cleaned a two-piece suit and they said it would ready by the afternoon. Affordable prices. Suit had marks on it and came out looking delightful. Great service, which I'll be using again I'm sure!
