Did a full bathroom refurb ripping out the old bath, toilet, basin, replacing with shower, basin, all new tiling and new sink. Good advice on best layout and top quality finish done to time. Neat and tidy throughout.Very happy and would recommend.

Excellent service! Had a boiler fault late one afternoon. Called up and they said they would fit me in the same day. Within an hour we had a visit and shortly after that boiler was fixed!

Used the form on their website to ask for an estimate. Received an automated reply to say they'd get back to me "shortly". That was nine days ago. Appalling service. Why have a web-form contact facility if you're not going to bother monitoring it?
