Absolutely first class experience - I had an issue with a leaking pipe in my bathroom. Clare was my first point of contact and arranged for Chris to come out and see me as well as notifying me when he was on his way. After doing a thorough investigation, Chris was able to identify and pinpoint the location of the leak, which was hidden behind some tiles, and went on to promptly fix the problem; doing a top job. Really knowledgable and professional, took time to answer questions and even tidied up. Really grateful to both Chris and Clare - highly recommend and indeed I am going to have them back

We first used Chris for a boiler service and HIVE install, fantastic professional friendly service. Then a month later we had a leaky toilet coming through our ceiling we got in contact and Chris returned to investigate and problem was identified and sorted within the hour. It is really really nice to have a honest friendly reputable business like this in your local area :) will be using again! Highly recommend.

Needed a replacement boiler. Chris came & looked at the scope of the work and gave us quotes on three options to choose from. Advised that some work we thought was need wasn't necessary, which saved us money. Boiler and system has been working like a dream, great job. Definitely call on Chris in the future when needed.
