Upon first arrival there were no issues we were given parking and keys without a problem, the issues started to unfold as we entered the apartment. It was dirty and run down nothing like the pictures! i refuse to believe this apartment was thoroughly cleaned if cleaned at all before our stay, with finding hairs in the shower and an unclean toilet bowl. The cushions on the bed were stained and marks all over the walls. We had booked this for a friends birthday so was a great disappointment to see the state of the apartment. We emailed and requested a balcony due to one of the guests health issues

Nice clean complex, perfect for sightseeing, meals out and a concert at the arena. Highly recommended, also secure parking at a reasonable cost available.

The apartments were clean and amazing. They were fully furnished and very central with local amenities and loads of nice places to eat and relax. The staff are friendly, engaging and very helpful making our stay a pleasure. Thank you

The receptionist was really good and went out of his way to book me and my husband for one night. The apartment itself was clean no issues however the bed was awful. the pillows were flat and The mattress was really hard. The duvet was really thin and not cosy at all. We barely slept and had to drive 2 and half hours back home with 3 hour sleep. Our bodies were aching for Most of the next day. Unfortunately I would not recommend or go back again unless the situation with the beds changed otherwise theres no problem overall.
