Pound Park Nursery School is a Maintained Nursery School in the heart of Charlton, within the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Opened in 1944, we are an established Outstanding Nursery School delivering high quality early education to children aged 2-4 years.

Enrichment Activities at Pound Park

We have a trained Interactive Music teacher who runs sessions on a weekly basis to engage children and extend their learning through music. The sessions support children's understanding with particular focus on listening and attention. Children develop their music skills and abilities to play instruments all through having lots of fun.
Governors
Report
Our Parent and Staff Governors are elected. The Headteacher has a standing post, co-opted governors are nominated and approved by the Governing Body for a term which lasts 4 years at a time. All Governors have signed a Register of Interests to indicate whether they have a potential conflict of interest and there are none other than as recorded.
