I was taking my newly purchased car for its road trip. (I should highlight that I bought it from a garage near where I live, not Dorchester Collection) A warning light flashed up telling me to check tyre pressure. I pulled in onto the Dorchester Collection forecourt. I was greeted by Ben, who asked what the problem was & subsequently offered to help. Not only did he adjust the pressures in all of my tyres, he also showed me some functions on my car I wasnt aware I had! What amazing customer service. Thank you so much Ben! Recently purchased a BMW 4 Series off Ben and he was more than helpful! Part exchanged my SEAT Leon was offered a great price. Explained and went through all the details of the MPG in comparison to my old car. Also hand delivered my new car to me! I live over 3 hours away from the dealership. Great communication throughout and sorted out any issues found before delivering it to me. Would highly recommend if looked to part ex or buy a new car! Also a lovely punch of flowers in the back of the car when delivered!

I recently bought a Volkswagen up on finance through a broker with this garage. They went absolutely above and beyond for me. Not only did they have a quick turn around to get my vehicle to me when I was in a sticky situation and needed a car ASAP, they also paid for a year road tax, some fuel in the car, and also delivered it to my work place!
