Telephone Consultations - The Practice offers this service allowing patients to speak to the Doctor on the telephone. Some patients find this method of consultation more convenient than coming into the surgery. Ask the Receptionist for a telephone consultation when you make an appointment. You can also speak to the Practice Nurse on the telephone at a pre-arranged time.

If you need an ambulance to take you to the hospital for an appointment or admission, ring the surgery and speak to the Receptionist. You will need your hospital letter to hand as specific details about your appointment will need to be taken. We hope that any problems you may have can be resolved within the Practice.
