After years of not getting my prescriptions correct and leaving me without medication all weekend I decided it was time to change and rang Melrose practice to see if they were taking new patients on . I have now been with this surgery for several months now and can honestly say what a fantastic practice , from the moment I went into surgery I was made to feel welcome by the amazing receptionist, I had a check up with the nurse who was excellent and a lovely , caring friendly lady and last but by no means least the amazing Dr who sits and Listens to you and really is interested in your well being

Brilliant practice, im so gutted i had 2 leave, as i moved out of the area, if i move back to billingham this is the doctors i would return 2 both doctors have been absolutly brilliant with me x
