Absolutely beautiful food ! Can’t believe I’ve been in Kinver all these years and never visited Baci until today ….. We will definitely be making this a regular place to visit for dinner. Can’t recommend this place enough .

Food was lovely staff lovely and attentive but heard that a magician came around the tables but didn't see him..was a birthday meal so would have loved something extra special that's why my husband booked it maybe we were there too early.

I visited the restaurant yesterday evening, in a party of 7 people celebrating a birthday on new years eve. Well, my whole experience was a disaster from start to finish, from the moment we arrived right up to departure. I looked at the menu the night before to make the choice of my main meal, so you can imagine my disappointment when the owner/waiter returned after some time to say the dish was not available. I made another choice from the menu, already feeling deflated. The main courses arrived at the table at intervals, but mine was no where to be seen so the rest of the party started to tuck

Although pre-booked table for 4 people, they had no table ready. Had to put two tables of different heights together. Food was only average. Served wrong starters, one steak was inedible. To be fair we were given a free bottle of wine to compensate. Overall though, a bit disappointing.

Very disappointed with our visit today. Very cold inside the restaurant had to sit in our coats. Only one member of staff working front of house who kept reminding us he was on his own. Ordered three classic lasagne's off the menu but couldnt find any meat, only to be told when questioned it was vegatarian. I wont be returning here anytime soon.

Great pizzas but sadly their service disappoints time after time after time. Almost every single time we have ordered they get the order wrong, and despite the fact that we live just around the corner from the restaurant, they can never find our address and end up delivering stone cold pizza. Such a shame.
