How do I book a blood test appointment?
Book online via Swiftqueue or call 01727 897 376 Tuesday-Friday 9am-1pm. No walk-in services available since December 2023.
What services require advance booking?
Blood tests, GP consultations, and prescriptions all require prior booking through our online system or telephone service.
Are home visits available?
Yes, home visits are provided for eligible patients. Emergency home visits after hours can be arranged through NHS 111.
How can I register with the practice?

What are your opening hours?
Monday-Friday 8am-6:30pm (until 8:30pm Thursdays). Closed weekends. Out-of-hours care available via NHS 111.

I'm not happy with this surgery at all, I went with a client to this surgery and the receptionist didn't let us in and asked the reason why we were there. I have to explain my client's situation at the main door with other people behind me, where is the confidentiality here if we are explaining our symptoms and medical reasons at the door in public. I find this is unacceptable.

Can never just ring get appointment ring over 100 times to be told ring again next day so you never get appointment then end up urgent care again not physically seen g.p. for over 18 months yet go urge nt care doctors see you it a joke

I have just moved to the area and originally registered with a different practice who were awful, moved to coleridge house who have been AMAZING. quick to answer the phone and went above and beyond to help me. Both the Drs and the administration staff are superb!
