Maybe you would like to teach your drivers some people skills i got on this coach as a replacement bus service as engineering works on railway i simply asked if i was able to get off at a stop before didnt think there would be a problem as passengers got off before at different i was told by driver if you ask me nicely and say please all i said was are you able to stop what is wrong with that ? When previous had got off coach at different stops he didnt say a word tp them . Dont care as i will be putting a compliant in the bus was the 12 38 am on monday th 13th may leaving ramsgate heading broadstairs

Went on a day trip to Poppy Factory, bit of a let down really, not that much to see, a rather long lecture which was quite interesting, two course included lunch was awful, vegetarian option almost inedible & badly organised, they ran out of pre ordered Scampi. There was nowhere else to get alternative refreshments or buy a drink. The trip included a river cruise which had to be cancelled due to traffic accident (not their fault I know) but we were promised a refund which has not been forthcoming, this added to a 30 minute wait on pick up with no apology, led to a very disappointing day out.

Recently booked a trip to Bluebell railway. Coach arrived on time only 10 passengers. Driver informed us he was taking scenic route through country lanes. Journey time 2.5 hours no stop as per iteniary Why did the driver not use motorways which is much faster. Also it was a very hot day and the aircon just kept being switched off by driver. After trip discussed this with their 'manager' who said they do this because air con drips water

Went on a day trip to Lille Christmas Market. Pick up good, a few hiccups during the day,courier seemed a bit clueless. Then the journey back. Late departure,not all the companies fault but did not do too good. Due to late departure arrived at tunnel late giving those who wanted to shop no chance. Then the fun began. At this stage let me say the driver had done really well. As we arrived in Folkestone the driver told us that he would be handing over to another driver and due to the fact we were late the Sandwich by-pass was closed for repairs so we would go back via Canterbury. Just arrived home from a day trip to Dunkirk, although a long day most enjoyable and thank you Martin our driver for getting us there and home again safely in terrible conditions coming home, well done bayliss coaches
