Services
Rug Cleaning
Our specialist rug cleaning service employs a 12-step process using industrial-grade equipment to deep-clean all rug types. We target embedded allergens and dirt while preserving fibre integrity through pH-balanced solutions. The process includes dry soil removal, stain treatment, thorough rinsing, and rapid drying to prevent dye migration. This service extends rug longevity and improves indoor air quality by eliminating trapped pollutants.
Rug Restoration
Comprehensive rug restoration addresses structural damage and aesthetic degradation. We rebuild foundations, reweave missing knots, and repair moth damage using matching materials. Our techniques preserve historical value while modernising worn areas. This service caters to antique and heirloom rugs, ensuring structural stability and visual continuity through meticulous craftsmanship.
Pet Stain Removal
Targeted pet stain and odour treatment utilises enzymatic cleaners to break down organic matter without harsh fragrances. We address both surface stains and deep-seated residues in rug pile and backing. The process eliminates bacteria causing recurring odours while maintaining fibre integrity. This service is safe for pets and effective against persistent urine and vomit stains.
Fringe Repair
Fringe repair services restore damaged rug edges through knotting, binding, or complete reweaving. We match original materials to maintain aesthetic consistency while reinforcing structural integrity. Options range from securing loose fringes to full replacement using traditional techniques. This service prevents further unraveling and extends the rug's usable lifespan.
Moth Damage Repair
Specialist moth damage restoration involves foundation rebuilding and tuft reweaving. We replace compromised sections with matching wool while preserving undamaged areas. The process includes preventative treatments to inhibit future infestations. This service restores both appearance and structural integrity to wool and silk rugs affected by textile pests.

Excellent result from their cleaning service. Did exactly what they said, really brought the rug alive, with colours much more distinct. Great service well worth the cost.

I recently used this company to clean 2 Persian rugs that were my mum's. From start to finish they were great, really informative and knowledgeable about the 2 rugs I took in. They were pretty grubby from being stored, not now... They look amazing! The colours look bright and the wool feels so soft. I'm sure my mum would be thrilled with them and will be glad that I can now make use of them again. Will definitely be using again!
