I took my car to checkpoint to have the existing dashcam hard wired. Kieran checked the make and model of the car and the fitting was done while I went for a little walk. No need to make an appointment and the cost was the same as going to a big chain store. I wouldn't hesitate to use checkpoint again.

Just had my life saved by Dave at checkpoint in West Kirby. The crazy fool answered the phone 5 minutes after the store closed , on a Sunday. Then said YES they had the exact (specialist) battery I required, yes it was Bosch, yes its competitively priced and YES Ill open up for you if you come to the store now and YES Ill fit and take the other old one away. And he did, brilliant service from a well stocked local provider.

Damsel in distress!! Thought I had a flat battery, couldnt move daughters car from outside the house. Rang Dave at Checkpoint, West Kirby to see if they sold the battery I needed. They did, but Dave would send someone down from Newhall, West Kirby to double check that is was in fact a new battery that was needed. Upshot is, car was taken to Newhall (seen and looked after by Billy), new battery fitted, programmed to car, and returned home within 2.5hrs. A competitive price too (no charge for car being diagnosed, taken away or brought back). Well done Checkpoint & Newhall....amazing service
